St. Mary’s Care Center, Madison WI

“I would not have believed what a difference this technology could bring to our new center! It allowed us to move into a much bigger facility while maintaining the same operating budget for reception staff.

We are able to “man” the entrance before and after regular business hours…when we have most of our guests. The productivity of our head nurses has increased …and they enjoy not being interrupted from their main duties. Doctors, guests, and even our patients love this new technology. Thanks AXentSoft!”

Overture Center for the Arts, Madison, WI

“AXentSoft designed, built and installed two systems for the Overture Center for the Arts - - one, a way finding and information kiosk system for the general building and two, a video message delivery system for each of the six windows of the ticket office.

While on paper, these two systems were rather straightforward, the installation and implementation had many unique and difficult challenges which AXentSoft staff effectively and efficiently solved, one of them being a very short time line in which to install, commission and trouble shoot both systems.

Overture Center is indeed grateful and appreciative of the staff of AXentSoft for their efforts and contribution to the success of the Overture Center for the Arts and looks forward to a continued relationship in the future”.

"CUES has been using the Virtual Receptionist for over two years and the response from both visitors and staff has been very positive.

It makes a great first impression from a technology perspective and it has already paid for itself with the money we saved when we eliminated our receptionist position."

American Health and Safety - Virtual Receptionist

American Health and Safety provides clothes and products for infection and disease prevention.

"Managing expense daily and cutting them when necessary, is more certain than praying for sales! Today we are all faced with finding ways to control expenses. After studying the Virtual Receptionist concept for several months and having our associates impart their thoughts, we invested in the product. I believe we were one of the first ten facilities nationwide to install the system.

…The new technology replaced our receptionist duties. Needless to say, the crisis and concerns of yesterday became the fun of the future. Our investment in the Virtual Receptionist paid for itself in 966 hours.

Our guests and customers continued to compliment us for being so innovative. They praise the immediacy of the response they receive entering into our facilities. Also, how quickly our associates respond from the time they access the system. Those using it daily continue to comment how impressive it works and they do not have to wait for an individual to get off the phone, finish a task or conversation with someone else. We truly recommend the Virtual Receptionist to those who have a need for what it provides."

State of Wisconsin - Virtual Receptionist

The State of Wisconsin has a Greeting Station in a remote building and uses a WAN connection to facilitate the Answering Stations on the fourth floor of one of their downtown buildings.

Wisconsin State Journal/Business Section

...Virtual Receptionist placed with the state of Wisconsin's new Department of Electronic Government, which placed it at the Thornton Avenue print and mail facility. "We had a receptionist there previously and she spent a lot of time just searching for people. It wasn't a good use of tax payer dollars," said Rebecca Heidepriem, secretary of the agency. Employees and vendors both like the system, she said. "We feel this is the wave of the future."

“The solution included all the hardware and software configured and technical and end-user training for one price. It was easier to budget for because you are guaranteed the price of the solution regardless of the number of hours it takes for completion. They mapped out a schedule so we knew exactly how long the project would take. Downtime was minimal because they knew what requirements had to be met by our existing equipment. The implementation was fast and with the training, the users were able to start using it immediately."
